"2 GO" application user agreement

  1. Introduction

    Welcome to the "2 GO" application (the "App"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between you ("User") and the individual owner of the App ("Owner") regarding the use of the App.

  2. Acceptance of Terms

    By using the App, you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the App.

  3. Service Description

    The App provides a platform for drivers and passengers to coordinate shared rides. Users independently set trip conditions, including price, and connect with each other to arrange rides.

  4. Registration and Account
    1. To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
    2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions taken under your account.
    3. The App is intended for users over 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18.
    4. You must provide a phone number during registration, which may be used to contact other users.
  5. User Responsibilities
    1. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your vehicle.
    2. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and traffic regulations.
    3. You are fully responsible for your actions while using the App.
    4. You agree not to use the App for illegal activities, fraud, or to mislead other users.
  6. Payments and Fees
    1. No user fees are charged in the current version of the App.
    2. The Owner reserves the right to introduce fees in the future with prior notice to users.
  7. Privacy and Data Processing
    1. The Owner collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
    2. The App uses Google Cloud services, including:
      • Google Cloud
        • Google Cloud IAM
        • Google Maps Platform
          • Google Places API
        • Firebase
          • Firebase Authentication
          • Firebase Firestore
          • Firebase Storage

    3. You agree that your data may be used to operate and improve the App.
    4. Your personal data (full name, phone number, vehicle details, etc.) is visible to other users within the service.
    5. You may delete your personal data, except for your user ID and phone number, which are stored to prevent repeated registrations. Trip history is retained but stripped of personal identifiers (photos, name, phone number, vehicle number).
  8. Limitation of Liability
    1. The App is provided “as is” with no warranties.
    2. The Owner is not responsible for user actions, including but not limited to trip quality, driver/passenger behavior.
    3. The Owner is not liable for any illegal activity by third parties involving the use of the App.
  9. Changes to Terms
    1. The Owner reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Users are responsible for reviewing updates and must stop using the App if they do not agree with the changes.
  10. Termination of Use

    The Owner may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement.

  11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
    2. All disputes related to App usage must be resolved privately in accordance with U.S. law.
  12. Content Moderation
    1. Users choose what content they view and read.
    2. The Owner is not responsible for third-party content and does not pre-moderate materials.
  13. Interaction with Government Authorities
    1. User data may be disclosed to government authorities upon request, in accordance with U.S. law.
  14. License and Usage Rights
    1. The App is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sellable license.
    2. You may not modify, copy, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the App without the Owner’s permission.
    3. The Owner retains all intellectual property rights associated with the App.
    4. For Google Play users: This Agreement is between you and the Owner, not Google. Google is not responsible for the App’s content or functionality.
    5. For App Store users: This Agreement is between you and the Owner, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App’s content or functionality.
